The Dandelion Dress

I want a dress made out of dandelions

And a crown made out of stars

I want shoes the color of the Milky Way

To wear to a dance on Mars

I want hair the color of rainbows

And a song as warm as the sun

Come, take my hand, my friend

Come follow me to the fun!

Love the words! And what a sweet gift you gave to your friend!

    • She’s the best. I’ve known her since I was 18 years old. Her children and I grew up together even though I was no longer a child. I’ve loved her forever. She needed something just hers. That’s where this came from. It’s kind of you to note the honor.
